 Please tell us a few words about yourself and about your experience in the gambling industry.

Although in the early years of my career I worked in completely different areas, 5 years ago I have stopped at sports betting. I believed it is a changing industry, and even now, after 5 years, as a result of the development of competition in this market, I believe there are many things to be learned and experienced in this area, still. However, with this industry, in order to be the best, one has to know their product as good as possible, and one has to have permanent attention to the customer’s desire.

How did the idea of the Winner brand start?

The onset and development of the sports betting market in Romania is a natural evolution of the Winner brand featuring a top experience for millions of winners from around the world. We are fortunate to be able to benefit from the experience and the know-how of Playtech, with a solid background on the online betting world market, a company we are part of.

Where is Winner situated at this point in of network development, team and supply of products and services to your clients?

We are in full process of development. So far we have opened 67 locations in Bucharest and the country’s major cities. Our development plan involves opening a number of 500 venues. It’s a bold plan, bearing in mind that the Winner standards are very high, standards from which we do not deviate in any way. We are fortunate to have a team of real professionals with experience in the field, with which I am confident that we will succeed.

What types of bets comprise the Winner’s betting agencies offer?

We have a very wide range of bet types, namely all types of bets present on the Romanian market now, and we are studying continuously to come up with new ideas. In regard to the special bet chapter, we are preparing some big surprises for our clients this year.

What are the strengths of Winner bookmaker agencies?

Considering our modern equipment and friendly atmosphere, as well as the fact that we adjust our offer and bonuses to the wishes and needs of the customers, Winner won customers’ sympathy, very quickly and became a favorite of bookmaker for many of them, both in respect of our sports betting offer and of the diversity of our slot machines and the bonuses offered by them. Which is Winner’s greatest success in 2013, in your opinion?

I believe that our greatest success in 2013 was the fact that we have formed a strong team of ambitious and very well trained people and together we began to build this project, which develops harmoniously and has huge prospects.

What is Winner’s business pattern? What are your of cooperation with other companies?

Considering that Winner is not present on the Romanian market for a long time, our business model is in constant development and adaptation to customer requirements and market trends, and our benchmark is quality. To attract target customers, we strive to identify and to eliminate the problems encountered by our competitors, as we define and we distinguish the offer depending on the requirements and on what we appreciate that they, our customers, would like in of new products.

We are receptive and open to cooperation, but the standard of quality required by us does restrict the area of selection.

What are the main problems encountered by Winner since its launching?

We are a team of positive people, therefore we don’t think about the problems, there are different, more difficult situations, but in the end we find workarounds. We all have experience, we know the law and we know what to expect and how should we react in any situation.

Considering the fact that we are at the beginning of 2014, please let us know what are the Winner’s objectives for this year?

First of all, we want to consolidate the relationship with our clients and partners, to maintain a high standard of quality for our products and services. We will continue to develop and enforce the Winner brand on the market; we want to become one of the top 3 bookmakers Romania in term of notoriety and turnover.

Iată de ce, încă de la începutul acestui an, Andra Enescu, manager în cadrul acestei firme, ne expune în interviul următor cu rigurozitate și profesionalism o analiză a succesului firmei din anul precedent și care ar fi obiectivele de înfăptuit ale lui Winner în 2014.

Te rugăm să ne spui câteva cuvinte despre tine și despre experiența ta în industria de gambling.

Deși în primii ani ai carierei am activat în domenii total diferite, în urmă cu 5 ani m-am oprit la pariuri sportive. Mi s-a părut o industrie interesantă, în continuă schimbare și consider că și acum, după 5 ani și în urma dezvoltării concurenței pe această piață, încă mai sunt multe lucruri de învățat și de experimentat. Însă, și în această industrie, ca să fii cel mai bun trebuie să-ți cunoști cât mai bine produsul și să ai o permanentă atenție la ceea ce își dorește clientul.

Cum a început ideea brandului Winner?

Debutul și dezvoltarea pe piața pariurilor sportive din România este o evoluție firească a mărcii Winner care oferă o experiență de top pentru milioane de câștigători din întreaga lume. Avem norocul de a putea beneficia de experiența și know-how-ul Playtech, cu un background solid pe piața internațională a parurilor online, companie din care facem parte.

Unde se află Winner în acest moment, din punct de vedere al dezvoltării rețelei, al echipei și al ofertei de produse și servicii pe care le acordați clienților voștri?

Ne aflăm în plin proces de dezvoltare. Până acum avem 67 de locații deschise în București și orașele mari din țară. Planul nostru de dezvoltare implică deschiderea unui număr de 500 de agenții. Este un plan îndrăzneț având în vedere că standardele Winner sunt foarte înalte, standarde de la care nu ne abatem sub nici o formă. Avem norocul de a avea o echipă de adevărați profesioniști cu experiență în domeniu cu ajutorul căreia sunt sigură că vom reuși.

Din ce tipuri de pariuri este compusă oferta de pariere a agențiilor Winner?

Avem o gamă foarte variată de tipuri de pariuri, toate tipurile de pariuri care există pe piața din România la ora actuală și suntem într-un studiu continuu pentru a veni cu idei noi. Iar la capitolul pariuri speciale, pregătim niște surprize de proporții pentru clienții noștri anul acesta.

Care sunt punctele forte ale agențiilor de pariuri Winner?

Având în vedere dotarea modernă și atmosfera prietenoasă din agenții, precum și adaptarea ofertei și a bonusurilor la dorințele și nevoile clienților, Winner a câștigat foarte repede simpatia acestora, devenind casa de pariuri preferată de cei mai mulți dintre ei, atât pentru oferta de pariuri sportive, cât și pentru diversitatea aparatelor de tip slot machine și bonusurile oferite de acestea. Cred că cea mai mare reușită a lui 2013 a fost că ne-am format o echipă puternică de oameni ambițioși și foarte bine pregătiți și împreună am început să construim la acest proiect care se dezvoltă armonios și are perspective uriașe.

Care este modelul de business Winner? Care sunt condițiile de colaborare cu alte firme?

Având în vedere că Winner este de puțin timp pe piața din România, modelul de business este în permanentă dezvoltare și adaptare la cerințele clienților și la trendurile pieței, având ca reper calitatea. Pentru a atrage clienții țintă, ne străduim să identificăm și să eliminăm problemele întâlnite la competitorii noștri, astfel ne definim și diferențiem oferta în funcție de cerințe și de ceea ce apreciem că le-ar plăcea ca și produse noi, clienților noștri.

Suntem receptivi și deschiși la colaborări, dar standardul de calitate impus de noi limitează aria de selecție.

Care sunt principalele probleme întâmpinate de Winner de la lansare și până acum?

Suntem o echipă de oameni pozitivi, prin urmare nu ne gândim la probleme, există divese situații mai dificile, dar în final se găsesc rezolvări. Cu toții avem experiență, cunoaștem legislația și știm la ce să ne așteptăm și cum trebuie să reacționăm în orice situație.

Având în vedere faptul că suntem la început de 2014, te rog să ne spui care sunt obiectivele de îndeplinit ale lui Winner în acest an?

În primul rând vrem să sedimentăm relația cu partenerii și clienții noștri, să păstrăm un standard înalt al calității serviciilor și produselor noastre. Continuăm dezvoltarea și impunerea mărcii Winner pe piață, vrem să devenim una din primele 3 case de pariuri din România ca și notorietate, răspândire și cifră de afaceri.
