Corina Andreea Ciobanu, Avocat Definitiv Colaborator la Luca Mihai-Cătălin Cabinet de Avocat ne supune atenției proiectul de lege privind participarea salariaților la profit, precum pentru modificarea Legii nr. 227/2015 privind Codul fiscal care a ajuns pe masa Camerei Deputaților după ce a fost adoptat tacit de către Senat ca primă cameră sesizată, iar propunerea centrală a acestuia se grefează pe obligația angajatorilor de a distribui salariaților, suplimentar salariului și celorlalte drepturi bănești ale acestora prevăzute de lege, de contractele individuale și colective de muncă aplicabile, o parte din profitul net realizat pentru un anumit exercițiu financiar anual, cu titlu de participare la profit.
